Generally, your order will be shipped directly to you from CiBmall Asia or supplier via Poslaju or other reputable courier services. International shipping via DHL will also be available to all major countries.

 

 

Same day shipping does not apply to:

1) International Orders.

2) Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

3) Orders for large props or Special Order items.

 

Please Note:

1) In all domestic shipping options, Business Days denote weekdays, which would be Mondays - Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Some selected products will not be available for shipping on first Friday of the month to avoid any possibilities of miscarriage.

2) Domestic shipment (Within Malaysia): Shipping may take 1 - 2 business days from the date of shipment.

3) International shipment: Transit times from Malaysia may take 2 - 5 business days. The time also varies based on DHL tariff zones from the date of shipment. 

4) All transit times specified by DHL will be subjected to Customs clearance.

5) Custom duties and taxes will not be included in shipping charges as stated. 

 

 

Damages & Missing Items

Should you received damaged item(s) or have item(s) missing from your order, please contact us by phone at +603 – 8023 8315 or email us within 3 business days after receiving your item(s). Please keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. You will need to provide us with descriptions and photos of the damage(s) on the item, as well as the condition of the packaging via email, as proof of the damage(s). 

 

For missing items, please ensure that you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. At times, small items are shipped within other items for protection during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it might help to check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered.

 

Out-of-Stock Products

We take every possible measure in ensuring that all products offered are in stock, if a particular product is out of stock, there will some sort of notification on the website itself. However, there are possibilities that we may have a particular item sold out at the time when you are ordering. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day after receiving your order.
